3 eggs
Milk
A little butter (optional)
pinch of salt (optional)
Break the eggs into a jug or bowl
Add twice the volume of milk
Whisk the ingredients together
Place in microwave oven
Cook on full power for 1 minute
Whisk again.
Repeat until cooked to your liking
An electric mixer is ideal but you can use a hand-held whisk or a fork. Just make sure the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Each time.
Caution. Use a suitable oven glove to handle the jug or bowl.
Variation
Add a little grated cheese.
Traditionally scrambled eggs are cooked in a pan.
